Eric’s unique ability to listen earnestly to his client’s desires and execute in a professional manner has endeared him to a loyal following and brought him the thanks of thousands of past clients. By networking with attorneys, financial advisors, tax and real estate professionals, Eric seeks to improve the lives of his clients. Eric enjoys spending time with his family and is a 6-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.

Coming from a bookkeeping background Julie has spent more than 20 years helping landlords and tenants achieve their common goals through conscientious property management. Armed with the latest technology and attention to detail Julie works tirelessly to ensure the accuracy of our accounting and proper maintenance of our clients real estate. Julie enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and friends.

With more than 20 years of lending experience, Duane is intimately familiar with underwriting guidelines across a large spectrum of mortgage products. Over the years Duane has helped establish systems and processes which ensure our clients have a stress-free experience. Duane enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
